Softwara Digital provides digital development services including, but not limited to:

• Web Design and Development
• Custom Web Application Development
• Management Systems (ERP, CRM)

The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement document signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project, Softwara Digital grants the Client full ownership of the final product, including source code and assets specifically created for the project.

However, Softwara Digital retains the right to:

• Reuse general code snippets, libraries, or tools developed during the project that are not specific to the Client's business logic.
• Showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are project-specific and will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required to commence work.
• Milestone payments may be required at specific stages of development.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before the final handover of source code and credentials.

Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services or delay in project delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Softwara Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softwara Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
